OMG OMG OMG. The guys at Wolf's here in Jackson Wyoming are amazing. I was in a really scary situation today when smoke started pouring out from under my hood. I had to immediately pull off the road and turned into Wolf's. Two of the guys came out to see what was going on. There was a lot of smoke pouring out. I thought my car was going to burst into flames. They right off the bat determined that my "Serpentine Belt" was toast. Edgar got on the phone, called NAPA and ordered a new belt. It would be delivered in about 15 minutes. The guys had me and my little dog come in the office. It was really hot outside. They offered me something cold to drink and pizza. Edgar worked on my car for about 2 hours, fixed the belt and sent me on my way with a hug. It doesn't get better than that.

My family and I encountered Brad and the staff at Wolfs when were were stranded and awaiting repairs to our vehicle. Thank you for going above and beyond and helping out. You all saved our vacation and I am forever grateful!

This was my first car buying experience and Mr Wes was very helpful and informative. Mr Brad was also very helpful finalizing everything. I’m very happy with the time spent there.

Eddie, Brian and Wes were all pleasant and very helpful. I haven't ever had a better experience buying a vehicle (and I have bought more than I care to think about). I am not kidding when I say that it was like being in a fantasy land. They didn't waste a bunch of my time, they listened to me and I just cannot say enough good about buying from them today.

We would say the overall experiences good, but would have preferred $1000 off due to the damages on the subject vehicle. They didn’t agree. We expected a more fair deal.
